Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Easy Return and Exchange: Enjoy a hassle-free 3-day return policy and a 7-day exchange policy.
  2. Inspection Upon Delivery: If you receive a defective product or the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse the shipment. Immediately email us attaching at least two pictures and a video of the package.
  3. Reporting Damages: For any product defects or damages, record a video of the unboxing/unpacking process. Please email us with the photos and videos within 24 hours of delivery. If the product appears compromised in the video, we will facilitate the pickup of the defective item and offer a replacement or store credit, based on your preference.
  4. Perfume Test: To ensure no perfume has been used on the jewellery, we will conduct a lab test upon receiving the returned product. Upon passing the test, you will receive either store credits or a new product, as per your choice.
  5. Refund Fees: A mandatory 5% deduction will be applied to all refunds to cover card processing fees.
  6. Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for refunds to be processed through the original payment method after order delivery.
  7. Return Shipping Policies: Most pin codes support both forward and reverse shipping. However, in rare cases where a pin code only supports forward shipping, we may ask you to return the item via an alternative courier service, such as India Post. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs up to INR 70.

If shipping costs exceed INR 70, the additional amount will be deducted from your refund. If the pin code is non-functional for return shipping, the customer is responsible for sending the jewellery back to our warehouse and will receive an INR 70 refund for shipping.

Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  2. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the country. Please note that international orders and returns are not eligible for free shipping.
  3. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
