What is the Cash on Delivery payment method offered by VelvStonē?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment option provided by VelvStonē that allows you to pay for your item in cash at the time of delivery instead of paying upfront. VelvStonē does not require any advance payment for orders placed with the COD option.
How will I get my refund for a COD order?
For COD orders, refunds can be issued either via a cheque or through an online NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). The method chosen depends on the customer's preference:
- If a cancelled cheque is provided with the returned product, the refund is processed within 7-15 working days and transferred directly to the customer's bank account via NEFT.
- If no cancelled cheque is provided, a refund cheque will be issued in the customer’s name and mailed to the address provided at the time of order. This process may take up to 30 working days.
What procedure is followed if my order is lost during shipping?
If your order is lost while in transit, we will attempt to track it down for 15 days. If after this period the order is still missing, we will proceed with a refund using the original payment method you used during the purchase.
Is it possible to send gifts through VelvStonē?
Absolutely, VelvStonē offers the option to send any available products as gifts to your loved ones. You can also include a personalized message with your gift.
Can I cancel my order after it has already been shipped?
